Arrive to work, starts with hand wash.
Signs in the attendance register, put the time reported to work.
Checks the log book and signs it as read.
Takes over the fridges and work surfaces from the CDP, Commis/using a handover-take over form.
Checks the par levels of all basics and produces to maintain them.
Helps with running the breakfast buffet./lunch /dinner
Takes over the production list from the chef.
Picks up the store as time permits.
Informs chef about some things not available in the store.
Helps with finishing of the dessert lunch & or Dinner Buffets /alacarte
Sets up the fridges.
Follows up on Non Available items
Washes up the work area. As Per HACCP
Ensures all tools are sanitizes and restored in the bucket with sanitizer.
Hands over to the evening shift using the hand over take over form.
Ensure all the products are ready at the stipulated time
1. Lunch sets up the Fruits and store items in specified places.
2. Signs out for the day.
Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:
1. House Rules and Regulation
2. Health and Safety
5. Hygiene and Cleanliness
Works with Supervisor in manpower planning and management needs
Works with Supervisor in the preparation and management of the Departments budget
Performs other duties as required.
Salary: ₹ 1,25,000 - 1,75,000 P.A.
