* Handle and respond to customers requests via email/chat to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.
* Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs
* Communicate effectively and professionally in English with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
Generic & Behavioral Skills:-
* Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally in English Language. .
* Should be proficient with computers.
*Should have strong decision making and analytical abilities.
