Job Description: The selected candidate will assist the Assistant Manager-Administration in activities related to administration support.
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline is a must.
Skills: The candidate should be able to work independently and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as multi-tasking abilities.
Knowledge of local markets and experience in handling service providers and service staff is desirable. A good knowledge of MS-Excel & Word is essential. The candidate maybe tested on computer skills as required for the position during the interview process.
Experience: Relevant work experience of at least 5 years is desirable. Experience of working in an academic organisation is desirable.
Age: Min. 30 years
Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment on contract basis for a period of up to three years on fixed salary CTC up to Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/-. The contract may be extended further as per the mutual convenience. During the contract period or after the successful completion of the contract, if the performance of the candidate is found satisfactory, Institute may confirm the candidate against a sanctioned position in a suitable role with or without further probation, depending on duration of earlier contract and performance.
