Opening is with One of the leading consumer durable co.

Exp – 5 to 8 yrs exp

Qualification – MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Industry – Consumer Durable Co.

Position – Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

– Enhancing distribution channels, Trade relationships, Depot Management.

– Provide town/ market wise direction to the team and build strong teams through sharing of ideas and encouraging sales innovation. Have to co-ordinate with factory for product improvements by following up on the Quality Feedback form. Have to co-ordinate with marketing for new product launches increasing sales, profitability and market share for a defined state

– Planning and monitoring new product launches in co-ordination with the central marketing team & the zone.

– Factory co-ordination for supply issues, relationship building with key dealers in each territory and co-ordination with commercial.

– Overall responsibility of hiring, retaining, developing and appraising the branch employees in line with the HR

looking for candidate from Consumer Durable co. and candidate must have Jharkhand exposure
