Executive Secretary – Mumbai

We are hiring Executive Secretary for Mumbai location. The deal candidate should be fluent in oral and written English and should have excellent typing and public relations skills.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, initiating telecommunications.
  • Jotting down key points and drafting letters as per instructions. 
  • Proficient in self-correspondence. 
  • Manage the filing, storage and security of official documents. 
  • Event Management, organizing meetings and conferences
  • Screening of Mail Received & answering the same as per guidance
  • Providing the details/information which concerned needs
  • Local vendor management.
  • To serve as the primary point of contact for Clients / Customers 
  • Manages confidential information and materials with discretion at all times.
  • Performing general administrative duties.
