Finance Manager (Bangalore)

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the on-site finance team
• Provide complete, accurate & timely scanned input data to the outsourced accounting team
• Manage interactions with banks and government departments
• Setup bank payments and keep track of daily bank balances
• Overall responsibility for monitoring tax & other compliance activities
• Establish procedures for custody or control of assets
• Oversee invoicing activity
• Oversee preparation of & review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances
• Ensure A/R and A/P receipts & payments are monitored on a day to day basis
• Function as an enabler for all tasks bridging Finance & other departments

Skill requirements of position:

• Degree in accounting or business administration
• 6+ years’ experience in finance in a comparable business in the manufacturing sector
• Good level of knowledge in taxes and regulatory compliance
• Should have experience in partnering with various stakeholders and management

Experience: 6-10 years

Salary: 6 lacs
