Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Form relationships with business subject matter experts, encouraging trust and transparency, during project requirements gathering for assigned pieces of analyst work.
Help with the identification of any potential additions during the requirements gathering stage of development projects.
Review and approve the requirements, systems design and other business analysis documentation produced by the supplier to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and satisfies Aon standards.
Technical Support – Provide subject matter input in the resolution of general technical production incidents to achieve timely resolution.
Provide Non Functional Requirements relating to user security, access control, user profiles and audit.
Provide advice and guidance on functional interdependencies identified during requirements analysis and how that may influence or constrain project scheduling.
Technical Problem Solving – To provide subject matter expert advice and assistance to project teams in the resolution of technical problems.
Bachelor/Masters Degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.
Computer application certifications, as applicable.
Overall experience of 8+ years in HCM domain
Oracle HCM implementation experience for US/Canada clients WFA and Payroll Modules
3+ years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting WFA & US Payroll in Oracle Fusion HCM. Experience in US Payroll is mandatory
Strong communication, business requirements solicitation and end client facing skills
Prior functional domain knowledge in WFA & NA Payroll with Oracle EBS (preferable), PeopleSoft HCM etc.
Ability to work in late evening hours to provide 4 hours of overlap with US business hours (typical shift timings – 1 pm to 10:30 pm)
Techno-functional role with more focus on functional domain and business analysis.
