We have an opening for the role of Regional Sales Manager – LAP based out in Delhi/ncr wherein the person will be responsible for handling north (Delhi/ ncr, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrahand)
– Responsible for driving and delivering budget numbers on Balance Sheet and Interest Income, Fee and Cross Sell Revenues month on month for LAP business in the respective region
– Responsible for driving the execution of growth initiatives to deliver top notch performance, desired productivities, market
– Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team of CSM and Area Sales manager and Individual performance.
– Drive the activation and delivery agenda for new locations.
– To provide sponsorship support to the deals and client engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
– To build a strong credit orientation and familiarity in the team.
– Exceptionally strong in Relationship management and origination.
– Should have strong connects with customer franchise.
– Should be a strong people manager with exceptional drive and energy levels.
