Opening for an FMCG company in Head office at Mumbai


– Contribute appropriately as the head of the Marketing team to the delivery of overall strategic planning and achieve objectives of the Company

– Work on Marketing Mix, Creative strategy, New Product Development and Portfolio Management to ensure delivery of brand objectives- Market Share, Gross Margin, Consumer Measures and Brand Financials

– Undertake ongoing analysis and review of performance of products, channels, segments and regions to assist in identification of relevant trends, key issues and/or opportunities

– Work with the Sales team to develop promotional initiatives to profitably increase market share within budgeted cost parameters

– Monitor competitive brand, communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally

– Liaise with advertising /Research/media agencies to develop campaign and achieve brand objectives

– Coordinate with technical/supply chain /perfumers/R&D with regard to cost efficient sourcing and product development


Qualification – MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing Management

Experience – 8-12 years of relevant experience, of which 2-3 years should be preferably in Sales

Required Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

– Understanding of FMCG categories

– Sound knowledge of Sales processes

– Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
