Assistant Manager Operations (housekeeping)

Responsible for the supervision and daily operations of the hospital. Housekeeping Job Responsibilities Assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning and budgeting the revenues and costs for the Housekeeping department.
Staffing and scheduling of the department and allocation of duties Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Facilitate learning and development for all the team members of the department.
Ensures safe patient care to the patients, and ensures office staff is competent to perform patient care.

To achieve and further improve the unit operational productivity
To keep a control on inventory levels and ordering process according to annual budget

Takes responsibility for all pharmacy staff who report to the position.
