Ensure retail spaces are presented and merchandised to a high standard at all times to maximise sales
Lead all aspects of the Retail Operations business unit including, but not limited to, store operations, strategy, marketing initiatives, merchandising, safety, and retail business development opportunities
Own all decisions relating to the day to day all India retail operations including, but not limited to, the strategic planning of resources.
Review and analyze costs, budgets, pricing, margins, and business metrics in order to ensure the business unit is operating at peak performance.
Ensure all store locations are adhering to all state, local, and company policies and procedures.
Maintain constant and effective communication with each store location to ensure they are receiving the support required in order to be successful
Directly responsible for integrating new business unit with existing operations schedule to ensure accurate and timely production of products we manufacture and proper tracking and inventory of all products within the business unit.
Work with corporate marketing teams to develop, implement, and adjust marketing campaigns aimed at creating content, increasing sales, and growing brick and mortar market share.
Create, enforce, and evolve key performance objectives, operations indicators, and strategies; while also leading each phase of execution to achieve those objectives.
Responsible for attracting, building, and retaining a team of exceptional professionals, at both the store and corporate levels, to ensure business unit goals are met.
Possess and develop a strong working knowledge of the retail maping industry landscapes and current trends
Use strong analytical, big picture thinking, and creative leadership skills to develop programs and campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty, customer retention, conversion rates, and a lifetime value with a customer.
Maintains and constantly develops innovative and cost effective stock generation; monitors stock weekly to achieve bottom line sales budget against monthly targets
Drive business results/KPIs by leveraging data both for driving change and measuring impact of delivery. Forecast ROI and manage the P&L for the retail locations.
Responsible for ongoing working knowledge of strengths/weaknesses, competitive advantages/disadvantages, key players, and other opportunities.
Collaborate and interact with owners and other members of senior leadership to develop the brick and mortar retail portfolio, define key strategies, and create roadmaps that will enable the company to achieve their annual business objectives.
Closely monitors market, customer needs, and trends and works within a cross-functional environment to translate into future enhancements and opportunities.
