2. Team building- Recruit Sales team across the designated territories in accordance with the business plan within stipulated timeframe.
3. Driving Sales Handhold team on lead generation and closure activities and achieve expected sales target.
4. Maintain good relationship with Channel Partners and drive lead generation process.
5. Manage team performance and productivity Handhold team, do continuous performance review and improve productivity of the team.
6.Implement & drive R&R across branches to maximize sales.
7. Leadership Coach and train internal and external team.
8. Mentoring and Training – Provide training and monitor developmental needs of team members, provide feedback on their performance.
9. Involves attending sales calls (outside the office).
Salary: ₹ 5,50,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
