Technical Support Executive

What you do:

Be the SPOC for all the customers of Knowlarity. As a Tech Support Executive, you will solve their queries, complaints and requests within TAT and increase customer delight. Your responsibilities include::

Being the first point of contact for customers with queries, complaints and requests
Ensuring timely and professional responses to customers/clients
Taking ownership of tickets received and ensure closure till the customer is satisfied

What we need:

Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Display customer empathy solution-driven approach
Flexibility with rotational shifts and rotational weekly-offs
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support in voice, chat and email
